Excellent Stay for Families
heated pool breakfast buffet easy transportation
The hotel is very close to the train station. This made travelling around easy. the indoor kids pool was heated. My daughter liked it. the breakfast buffet improved a lot since my last visit.. they have someone making fresh eggs now and the variety is much better.
the older woman at the front desk did not properly explain the day spa pass. she wanted to charge me 20 euros for a robe and towel. she refused a tour before i paid the 60 euros fee. she was not helpful at all.

staff can speak english, which helped a lot with communication. friendly staff is always appreciated, especially when you need assistance. overall, i found the service attentive and responsive.

food options are ok, but the drink options are great. breakfast and dinner were delicious. the coffee break, included in the price, was convenient after skiing.

the rooms are always very clean which i appreciate. the soundproof room provided a quiet environment to relax in. the room size was adequate, providing enough space for comfort.
